Chelsea depicted next summer’s first pre-season game to fans

Chelsea have announced their first pre-season friendly and it will be played at the Optus stadium, just a week after the World Cup final.
The team will play on Monday July 23, possessing Perth Glory while the World Cup final takes place on Sunday, July 15 in Moscow, as per the official communication via the club’s website.

The Blues may have lot of players who qualify to the last stage of the World Cup tournament with several of their stars hoping to make the final squads for their respective countries. The Blues will have to arrive days before the friendly match due to the time difference but Bruce Buck, club’s chairman insisted the team is coming down with full strength.
“We will be taking a strong squad to Perth as we prepare for the 2018/19 season.
Of course, we have a long way to go in the current campaign but we can already look forward to an exciting pre-season.
Optus Stadium will be a fantastic and fitting venue for us to visit our passionate Australian supporters once more and take part in an entertaining match against Perth Glory.”
The Premier League campaign kick off on Saturday, August 11 and with the World Cup final on the side, as  players  will have little time to get prepare for the new season.
Former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique still remains Chelsea’s first choice to replace  Antonio Conte next season buying enough time for the squad to prepare.
