Liverpool eye Suso as Philippe Coutinho replacement

The Spaniard spent three years at Anfield before joining the Serie A giants in 2015 and has been touted as a potential replacement in Jurgen Klopp’s attack following the sale of Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.

Last week Italian newspaper Tuttosport reported that Liverpool had made a bid in an effort to tempt the 24-year-old back to the club.

But they also suggested that Suso had no interest in returning to the club where he made just 21 appearances.

And the midfielder has taken to Instagram to respond to the speculation, stating he has no desire to leave.

“I recently signed an important renewal,” he said.
